snack class!

daily shoes : powder puff pink and mint work edition
i'm SUPER excited to be teaching a
snackrobiotic class for snackers
tomorrow afternoon!

the menu is technically a secret, but i'll give a little sneak
peek to y'all ;)

also great news, i'm lightening up at work a little,
 so the blog's about to get a lot more active.
this is a really important change that needed to happen, both
so i can continue to grow in my job, and so that i can strengthen
my health during the summer months.  i feel really blessed and
guided in this process.
